Circumventure Learning Corporation (“Circumventure”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) and our mobile
applications (together with the Site, the “Services”) to our users or anyone providing information
reference into the Terms of Service, and all terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the

We care about the online privacy of children, and therefore encourage parents and legal guardians
to be involved with the online activities of their children and to discuss the child’s use of the
Internet and disclosure of information to any parties. When a user is under 13 years old,
Circumventure will act according to the directives set by The Children’s Online Privacy
Protection Act (COPPA). COPPA requires that website operators adhere to specific guidelines
regarding the collection and handling of personally identifiable information about children under

WHAT INFORMATION DOES OUR MOBILE APPLICATION COLLECT?
To access our Services, a parent or legal guardian will need to give permission and create an
account for a child. Upon creating an account, we may collect and store the following
1. Parent’s or Legal Guardian’s Name (if you are under 13 years old)
2. Parent’s or Legal Guardian’s Email (if you are under 13 years old)
3. Parent’s or Legal Guardian’s Phone Number
4. Child’s First and Last name
5. Child’s Gender
6. Child’s Grade Level
7. Home Mailing Address
Each time you sign in to our Services, we will also upload user activity and progress and store
them to your account. We collect information about user activity and progress in order to support
the Services’ internal operations and to personalize content provided to you and our users.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
We are not in the business of selling personal information or data. We consider keeping this
information private and safe to be an important part of our relationship with you. In general, we
will never share personally identifiable information about you with third parties. That said,
Circumventure may occasionally work with our related companies and affiliates and contract with
third parties to provide support for the internal operations of the Service. Our related companies
and affiliates and these contracted parties, however, do not use or disclose your personal
information except for the limited scope for which they have been contracted. For example, if you
have earned a prize or reward that Circumventure will send you through the mail, we may share
your information with others in order to get the prize or reward to you, such as your mailing
address, your parent’s name, and your first name.

information in aggregate form to maintain or analyze the Service’s internal operations and
functioning. This aggregate information will never tell anyone who you are personally. If, for
whatever reason, other parties might want more than this aggregate information (e.g., your name,
activity level, and progress), we will notify you and your information will not be shared unless
you or your parent or legal guardian specifically agrees to it by accepting the terms of a
supplemental policy that grants them access to this information. If you or a parent or legal
guardian do not opt in and consent, then your information will not be shared at all.
Also, to personalize communications from the Services and to personalize your experience, we
may use your first name and your parent’s email address to send messages about your account or
your parent’s or legal guardian’s information when it is reasonably necessary to A) comply with
the law (including, for example, to comply with a court order or subpoena), B) to enforce our
Terms of Service rules, or C) to protect the safety and security of our users and our Services.
HOW CAN YOU ACCESS, CHANGE, OR DELETE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
At any time, you can refuse to allow us to collect further personally identifiable information from
you (or your child) and can request that any personally identifiable information we have collected
be deleted from our records. You can access, change, or delete your personally identifiable
information that we have collected by deleting your account or contacting our customer service at
guardians notice by email of any changes in the way we intend to collect, use, and/or share any
personal information. As such, please always update your contact information so we have your
applicable law, including any applicable provisions of COPPA that require parental consent.
