This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) has been created to provide information about

Circumventure Learning Corporation (“Circumventure”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) and our mobile

applications (together with the Site, the “Services”) to our users or anyone providing information

to us such as parents and legal guardians (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated by

reference into the Terms of Service, and all terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the

Terms of Service located at http://www.circumventurelearning.com/terms-of-service.html.

We care about the online privacy of children, and therefore encourage parents and legal guardians

to be involved with the online activities of their children and to discuss the child’s use of the

Internet and disclosure of information to any parties. When a user is under 13 years old,

Circumventure will act according to the directives set by The Children’s Online Privacy

Protection Act (COPPA). COPPA requires that website operators adhere to specific guidelines

regarding the collection and handling of personally identifiable information about children under

13 years old. For more information about COPPA and a child’s online privacy rights, visit the

Children’s Privacy section of the Federal Trade Commission’s website located at

http://www.business.ftc.gov/privacy-and-security/childrens-privacy.

COPPA requires that website operators provide parents with certain information and obtain

parental consent prior to permitting children under 13 years old to access or continue accessing

Services that collect personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy is designed to
